At Redeemer, our children are a part of our covenant family, and are a valued part of our community. Our Vision is not simply to provide childcare during the service, but to assist parents to train up their children to see, display and declare the glory of God as their hearts are transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. To aid in this end, our Children's Ministry Director posts weekly on our Facebook page the Sunday lesson discussed and questions to ask so that parents can follow up with their children.

Our Kid’s Classes:

  • We welcome you to visit and bring your children! You will find a Children’s Ministry Registration kiosk in the large hall of our educational building, in the back of the sanctuary, and in the Lakes Room. A volunteer will be happy to assist you. Every children’s ministry volunteer has been through an application process and a background check.

  • Nurseries (Teal, Red, & Purple Classes): Nurseries open 15 minutes before the Worship Service. Infants, 0-5 months, are cared for in the Teal Classroom, which is also a nursing mothers room. Infants 6-12 months are cared for in our Red Classroom, while Toddlers, walkers-24 months, are cared for in our Purple Classroom.

  • Preschool and Elementary School Age: Children, ages four years through 5th grade, worship with their families until the sermon portion of the worship service, when they will be dismissed to move to their classrooms. All elementary school age students, second through fifth grade, remain in the worship service for the entire time once per month, on Communion Sunday. This is almost always the first Sunday of each month.
