Discussion Questions:
- Read 2 Corinthians 8:9 and Romans 8:31-32. What do those Scriptures tell us God is like? Where have you experienced the generosity of others in your life? How did it change you?
- Is what the man in Jesus’ parable (in Luke 12) did wrong? What (specifically) was his sin? Why was his strategy of building bigger barns foolish?
- Are you anxious about money? Does your anxiety keep you from being generous with your money and material possessions?
- What does it mean to be “rich towards God” (Luke 12:21)? Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with faith and courage to be radically generous!
