To the extent we understand, remember and believe the NT's paradigm for the OT, we experience expectation and anticipation instead of trepidation and hesitation when we read the OT.
Because the entire OT was ultimately leading to God's saving work through Jesus, the entire OT can always lead us to the salvation we now have in Jesus.
