1. What difference does it make to your view of your sin and yourself when you see sin as idolatry, and idolatry as adultery?
2. What goes wrong in our lives and faith if we either forget God’s mercy or downplay his holiness?
3. Jesus says to us, “God will never blot out your name, because he blotted out mine.” How does knowing this motivate you to do something about the compromises you identified in answer to the previous question?
