Discussion Questions

1. Describe a time when obedience was costly but you did it. Or, describe a time when obedience was costly and you failed because the cost was too great.
2. Look in detail at Hebrews 11:24-26 and then read Philippians 3:7-10. Is Jesus your "greater wealth"?
3. Hebrews 13:14 says, "Here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come." Discuss.
4. Moses endured because he "saw Him who is invisible" (Heb 11:27). How do you, practically, see what can't be seen?
5. Do you believe that God is, above all, merciful? If not, why not? How can Jesus' Person and His work help you believe?
