Hook: How do you respond when life is not fair?
I. BE SUBJECT
"Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust (1 Peter 2:18)
II. A GRACIOUS THING
"If when you do good and suffer for it you endure, it is a gracious thing in the sight of God" (1 Peter 2:20).
III. MINDFUL OF GOD
"Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps" (1 Peter 2:21).
Take-away: The Cross is a calling.
