Director of Community Groups

Ashley has been married to Drew since 1997, and together they have raised four children and are now enjoying their new granddaughter, Daisy! She works with the global ministry of Parakaleo, supporting and equipping women involved in church planting. Ashley also serves Redeemer as the Director of Community Groups, where she loves encouraging group leaders and helping others find connection.

Lead Pastor, Director of Vision and Teaching

Drew is married to Ashley, his college sweetheart. They have 4 adult children- Canaan, Isaac, Abigail, and Sarah. Drew is a life-long resident of Winter Haven and a graduate of FSU (B.A.) and Reformed Theological Seminary (M.A.B.S.). He has been assessed and approved by Mission to North America (PCA) as a church planter.

Director of Children's Ministry

Tammy is married to Terry and they have three grown children- Nathan, Kaley, and Matthew. She has lived in Winter Haven since childhood. Tammy teaches preschool at Beymer and serves as Director of Children's Ministry at Redeemer.

Ministry Assistant

Connie has lived in Winter Haven since childhood. She and her husband Rick have been married over 30 years and have two grown children. She taught preschool for 17 years before becoming the Ministry Assistant at Redeemer. She and Rick have felt called to this ministry since the beginning and love worshipping and serving at Redeemer.

Director of Men's Ministry

Drew is married to Marley and father to Richard, Margaret, and George. He is occupied with parenting, fundraising, coaching, and ministry; enjoys reading, fitness, and reclining at tables with friends and family.

Director of Operations

Joe is married to Jess and they have a baby son, Jake. He is a lifelong resident of Winter Haven and a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida (B.A.) and Reformed Theological Seminary. (M.A.B.S.) He oversees the communication, facilities, and information at Redeemer.

Director of Assimilation

Brad is a Winter Haven native, husband to his wife Jenny, and grateful dad to four children Jack, Noah, Suzanne, and Luke. He earned his B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University and his M.A. from Regent University. For the past 18 years, he has worked in the healthcare industry, building a career marked by steady leadership and service. Brad is passionate about family, discipleship, and helping others find meaningful connection in the local church.

Director of Student Ministry

Austin was born and raised in Winter Haven and always wanted to return after college. He is married to Aubrey Ann, his high school sweetheart, and they have a two little boys, Theodore and Haddon. They have been involved with Redeemer since its church plant days and love being part of this community. Austin is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S.) and Reformed Theological Seminary. (M.A.B.S.)

Director of Worship

Chris was born in Florida, but as a young boy moved to Virginia where he spent most of his childhood. A sudden move during his senior year of high school brought back to Sarasota, FL, where he sensed a call to ministry, met his wife (Naomi), and had their first daughter (Phoebe). He holds a B.A. from Warner University and hopes to go on to seminary and be ordained.

Associate Pastor, Director of Shepherding and Spiritual Life

Jonathan is married to Jaime. They have 2 grown children- Elli (married to Bud Daniel) and Ethan (married to Sophia). Jonathan has lived in Winter Haven his entire life and holds a B.A. from Florida State University and a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.
