Community Groups Coordinator

Ashley has been married to Drew since 1997, and together they have raised four children and are now enjoying their new granddaughter, Daisy! She works with the global ministry of Parakaleo, supporting and equipping women involved in church planting. Ashley also serves Redeemer as the Director of Community Groups, where she loves encouraging group leaders and helping others find connection.

Lead Pastor

Drew is married to Ashley, his college sweetheart. They have 4 adult children- Canaan, Isaac, Abigail, and Sarah. Drew is a life-long resident of Winter Haven and a graduate of FSU (B.A.) and Reformed Theological Seminary (M.A.B.S.). He has been assessed and approved by Mission to North America (PCA) as a church planter.

Ministry Resource Coordinator

Cara has been married to her college sweetheart, Aaron, since 2005. Together they have three teenagers—Landon, Noah, and Lyla. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a B.A. in English Literature and a Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.). She loves helping ministries thrive by coordinating resources, providing support, and caring for the behind-the-scenes details that create a welcoming environment for worship, discipleship, and community, while equipping those leading and serving to focus on building relationships and pointing others to Christ.

Children's Ministry Coordinator

Tammy is married to Terry and they have three grown children- Nathan, Kaley, and Matthew. She has lived in Winter Haven since childhood. Tammy teaches preschool at Beymer and serves as Director of Children's Ministry at Redeemer.

Men's Ministry Coordinator

Richard is married to Marley and father to Richard, Margaret, and George. He is occupied with parenting, fundraising, coaching, and ministry; enjoys reading, fitness, and reclining at tables with friends and family.

Women's Ministry Coordinator

Lauren is married to Josh and they have three children: Luke, Ella, and Ben. She is a Florida Southern College (B.A.) graduate and has experience leading in non profit work as well as teaching. She has served as a volunteer in Women’s Ministry for 7 years and loves encouraging women to grow in grace and truth for their everyday lives.

Director of Worship

Matthew was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He holds a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Eastern Kentucky University. Matthew has served in worship leadership for over 13 years and is passionate about leading the local church in gospel-centered, theologically rich singing that overflows into daily, Christ-centered living. Outside of church ministry, Matthew loves spending time with his wife, Kathryn, and their son, Jeremiah. Together, they enjoy gardening, playing board games, brewing a good cup of coffee, and sharing deep fellowship with friends and family.

Director of Operations

Joe is married to Jess and they have a baby son, Jake. He is a lifelong resident of Winter Haven and a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida (B.A.) and Reformed Theological Seminary. (M.A.B.S.) He oversees the communication, facilities, and information at Redeemer.

Assimilation Coordinator

Brad is a Winter Haven native, husband to his wife Jenny, and grateful dad to four children Jack, Noah, Suzanne, and Luke. He earned his B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University and his M.A. from Regent University. For the past 18 years, he has worked in the healthcare industry, building a career marked by steady leadership and service. Brad is passionate about family, discipleship, and helping others find meaningful connection in the local church.

Director of Student Ministry

Austin was born and raised in Winter Haven and always wanted to return after college. He is married to Aubrey Ann, his high school sweetheart, and they have a two little boys, Theodore and Haddon. They have been involved with Redeemer since its church plant days and love being part of this community. Austin is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S.) and Reformed Theological Seminary. (M.A.B.S.)

Women's Ministry Assistant

Mackenzie is a wife to Jeff and a homeschooling mom to their three children—Beau, Parker, and Ava June. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Warner University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Southeastern University. Throughout her career, Mackenzie has served local nonprofits, taught at the university level, and developed curriculum for higher education. She is passionate about encouraging women to grow in their faith, build authentic community, and find the village that supports and strengthens them.

Associate Pastor

Jonathan is married to Jaime. They have two grown children—Elli (married to Bud Daniel) and Ethan (married to Sophia)—and four grandchildren. Jonathan has lived in Winter Haven his entire life and holds a B.A. from Florida State University and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.
