Discussion Questions

1. Where in your life, right now, are you tempted to ask the question, “Is the Lord among us or not?” 
2. How (when?) does that question become an accusation? What does it mean to test God? Why does the Bible warn against it?
3. How can you be sure that God is for you? Who does the rod come down on in Exodus 17? What comfort and assurance does that offer you in hard times?
